This page explains what J&J Technical Services ("we") collects through jandjtechserv.com and what we do with it. The short version: we collect only what you send us or what a web server normally logs, we use it to answer you and run the site, and we don't sell it.
What we collect
- Quote and contact form: the name, company, email, phone, location, service, and project details you type in. The form emails them to us so we can reply and quote the job. We keep that email as a normal business record.
- Server logs: like most websites, our server records your IP address, the time, the page requested, and your browser type. We use these logs for security, to stop spam, and for simple visit counts.
- Blocked spam: form submissions our spam filter rejects are logged so we can tune the filter.
- When you call or email us, we keep the details you give us to do the work and bill for it.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use advertising cookies or ad trackers on this site. We share customer details only when needed to do the job you hired us for (for example, with a supplier shipping equipment to your site) or when the law requires it.
Job sites and camera systems
Anything we see or access while working on your network, phones, or cameras stays confidential. We use it only to do the work and support the system.
Links and referral links
Our footer includes a few referral links to other companies. If you click one, you're on their site and their privacy policy applies, and they may note that you came from us.
