The prices and service descriptions on this site are general information, not an offer. Each job is covered by the written quote or agreement you approve. If that quote or agreement says something different from these terms, the quote or agreement controls.
J&J Sentinel
J&J Sentinel is sold by quote and demo. It comes with its own license agreement, which controls its use.
Our web apps
The Handoff, PunchDocs, Notch, and Not Final each have their own terms, prices, and refund and cancellation policy. Those terms apply when you use the app:

In short, across all of them: subscriptions can be canceled anytime with no further charges, and you can ask for a refund within 7 days of a charge. Each app's terms give the exact details.
